Returns Policy
Serendipity Gifts takes pride in selling quality items.  We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase.   Non-Custom Items that are unused and in the original packaging may be returned within 30 days of shipment.  We will refund your total purchase price minus shipping charges. 

Since Serendipity personalized items are custom ordered they cannot be returned.   Please make your selection carefully.  Double check  font selection, size selection, color selection, ribbon selection and fabric selection etc.   If we have made an error on your custom or personalized item or if it is damaged or defective, you may return your item. We will replace it with the identical item.

To make sure that we receive your return please either track your package or use delivery confirmation through the post office.  We are not responsible for return shipping and handling charges. 


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
